Grown From Struggle,
Built By Family.

Rose From The Garden started as a father-and-son idea — not a business plan, just a way to put something real into the world. What began with a handful of t-shirt designs has grown into a full apparel brand, but the way we build it hasn't changed: it's still family running it, day to day.

Richard, who was born in NYC and has called the Old Brooklyn neighborhood of Cleveland home for about 20 years, leads the brand alongside his father, brother, and sister — each one hands-on in a different part of it. His father shows up daily as a creative partner and co-model. His brother handles customer service. His sister has helped shape the brand's content. It's a family effort in the literal sense.

"A rose that blooms through concrete never forgets its roots."

Every piece we make is made to order — no overproduction, no waste sitting in a warehouse. We'd rather take the extra week to make something right than rush out something generic. And every photo, every video, every story we put out is real: no AI-generated imagery, no stock photography pretending to be us. If you see it on our page, it's actually us.

Our goal is bigger than selling shirts. We're building something that can support our family for the long run — and give back to the Old Brooklyn community that's supported us for two decades. When you wear Rose From The Garden, you're wearing a small piece of that story.

Shipping Policy

Every item on our site is made to order — nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting to be shipped. That means production takes a little longer than a big-box retailer, but it also means less waste and a product made specifically for you.

  • Production time: Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be made before it ships. This is separate from transit time.
  • Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves for shipment.
  • Order changes: Because production starts quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations within a short window after you order — reach out as soon as possible if something needs to change.
  • Shipping delays: Occasionally weather, carrier delays, or high order volume (like a new drop) can push timelines. We'll do our best to keep you posted if that happens.

Questions About Your Order?

Reach out through our contact page and our team (yes, that's really us) will get back to you.

Returns & Refunds

Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, our return policy looks a little different than a typical retailer's.

  • Sizing: We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues — please check our size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.
  • Defects & damage: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a replacement or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out with a photo of the issue.
  • How to start a claim: Contact us with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue, and we'll walk you through next steps.
  • Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

We know made-to-order means trusting us to get it right the first time — we take that seriously, and we'll always make it right if we drop the ball.
