In-Stock Items

  • You may return or exchange in-stock items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Pre-Orders & Final Sale Items

  • All pre-order items and products marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Pre-orders are specially made or sourced, so cancellations or changes after 24 hours of purchase may not be possible.

  • Please review your order carefully before purchasing these items.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
